Should the Arab Spring Be Renamed?

In the last few years, we've watched as a string of  long standing leaders were deposed not just in the middle East, but also throughout Africa. We have not truly known these leaders, some would say dictators, and their effects on society. Revolution is a tough word to use in many of these situations, but one thing is clear; they drastically affected the livelihoods of many populations outside the Arab Crescent.
